Baked Alaska Dessert Recipe

This is quite an awesome dessert. It would be great for an anytime dessert or for a special holiday or birthday party. Make it a tradition.

Ingredients for Baked Alaska Recipe

Brownie Mix (Also Ingredients for the Brownie Mix)
Ice Cream (Any Flavor)
Chocolate Fudge Sauce (optional)
Pecans (optional)
Meringue (Here's an

Directions for Baked Alaska Recipe

- Bake your brownies in a greased pie pan. Let Cool
- While your brownies are cooking, put your Ice Cream into a bowl, who's mouth is about the same size as the bottom of the pie pan. Freeze this in a cold freezer until it is well frozen.

Baked Alaska Recipe- Turn your pie pan upside down and take your brownies out onto a cookie sheet or anything a bit larger than the brownies that you can stick into the oven.

- Put a layer of your chocolate fudge sauce on top of the brownies and then sprinkle your pecans on top of the fudge sauce.

- Before the next step make sure your Oven is heated to 500 degrees.

Baked Alaska Recipe - Take your ice cream out of the freezer and place it on top of the brownie, fudge and nut layer

Baked Alaska Recipe - Pour and spread your meringue layer all around everything. It will be a shield for the ice cream in the oven, so make sure that everything is covered with meringue.

Baked Alaska Recipe - Place everything into your 500 degree oven for about Five minutes or until the edges look a golden brown.

Then slice quickly, serve and enjoy. Plan on using all of it at one sitting, it is hard to keep for later.
