Service Auction Kids Activity

This is a fun Service Activity where kids can get a taste of service. This kids activity can be done with a large group activity or even just with your own children.

Service Kids Activity Directions

Hand out a list of service ideas a couple of days before the activity. Tell the children to do as many of these service oriented ideas as they can, and to do other things they can think of if possible. Tell the children to bring their paper of signed of activities with them to the activity.
Also before the activity ask each child's parent to donate some things for the kids to buy at their auction, such as Cookies, brownies, used toys, clothes, or anything else fun.

When the children arrive at the Activity, have them give you their paper with the activities they accomplished on it. For each service they performed, give them one or two play dollars, or whatever amount you wish.

Let the children use the play money to purchase things in an auction that the parents donated.

This activity gets the kids thinking about doing service, but puts a fun little twist on the end as well.
